Standard lead time for a new label is 7-10 working days.

Standard lead time for a re-order is usually 5 working days.

I am a new customer, can we be set up on open credit?

Yes! We will be happy to send a credit application for you to complete. First orders are COD then we can set you up on terms.

What are your payment terms?

1% 10 days net 30 days.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Are plate charges reoccurring charges?

Plates are one time charges unless a change is made by the customer on a reorder. If the job is run exactly as is, there is no additional charge.

Will I receive a proof before my label is printed?

On all new orders PDF proofs will be sent electronically at no extra charge.

Do you have standard die sizes?

Yes, we have a library of over 1,000 standard die sizes consisting of rectangles, squares, circles, ovals and special shapes for you to choose from.

What if I need a size label you for not have a die for?

For an additional charge we can have a die made to the dimensions you require. Please ask your customer service representative for a custom quote?

What types of presses do you use?

We print our pressure sensitive labels on flexographic label press. We have a total of 5 labels presses we use. Two 8 color presses, one 6 color press and two 3 color presses. We also have two 2 color offset presses for producing are commercial printing jobs.

What is the minimum number of labels I need to order?

1,000 is the minimum order.

How will my labels be packaged?

Our standard method of packaging for pressure sensitive labels is on rolls with 3” ID cores, 1,000 per roll. We also offer 1” ID Cores and sheeted and shrink wrapped.

Can my labels be automatically applied?

Yes most of our dies are set up for automatic application. Die must have a minimum of 1/8” space between labels.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship UPS, Fed EX and by Truck. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless we ship on your shipping number. Local customers can pick up their order or we can ship by a courier service.
